Commercial Water Features We've Built
The Buford Highway horseshoe waterfall rebuild
At Buford Highway and Lennox, a commercial horseshoe waterfall had a failing liner and leaks that wouldn't quit. We were brought in to fix it, and we rebuilt it instead of patching it. To keep algae down in the Southern heat, we added a high-efficiency filtration system and a chemical balance routine.
An 8-foot rock wall feature for a commercial building
About 150 feet from a major interstate, we built an 8-foot-tall rock wall feature on a 15 by 10 foot footprint, designed as a showcase for the thousands of drivers who pass it every day. Request a site visit for your property.
Fountains, Waterfalls and Ponds for Office Parks, HOA Entrances and Retail Centers
- 01
Office parks and corporate campuses
A fountain at the entry or in a courtyard gives people a reason to slow down, and running water covers road noise around outdoor seating.
- 02
HOA entrances and common areas
The entrance is the first thing residents and buyers see, so the feature has to look right every day without constant attention.
- 03
Retail centers and storefronts
A feature people can see from the road works like a sign. That was the whole point of the interstate rock wall. Call (770) 361-7446 to talk about yours.
Engineering for Public Spaces
A public feature runs all day and has to keep running when nobody checks on it. We size every system for its site: pump capacity, pipe diameter, filtration, overflow and winterization, with commercial-grade equipment rated for year-round outdoor use in Georgia. Edges and water depth are planned for people walking past who aren't watching their step. Our own crew does the plumbing and the stonework. Request a site visit.
Rebuilding and Repairing Existing Commercial Features
Not every job starts from bare ground. A feature that leaks, has lost its flow or just looks tired can often be rebuilt in place instead of torn out, the way the Buford Highway waterfall was, and its filtration brought up to date while it's open. Call John to have him look at it.
What Does a Commercial Water Feature Cost in Atlanta?
It depends on the size of the feature, the stone, the pumps and filtration it needs, how far water and power have to run, and what the site allows. John walks the property first and gives you a price before any work starts. For homes, see water feature installation in Atlanta. Request a site visit.
