John comes out for a free site walk and looks at the grade, drainage and soil. You go to the stone yard together to pick the material. Then you approve the plan, the stone and the scope before anyone digs.

For a pond that needs cleaning or repair, email photos of the pond, the waterfall and the pump to info@atlantawaterscapes.com. Tell us how fast the water level drops and the pump's make or model if you know it, so John can see the problem before he comes out.
